COLOR THERAPY-WORKING WITH COLORS
Colors are used in many holistic healing methods to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Different colors evoke specific responses in people and can help balance energy within the body.
Practitioners of color therapy believe that exposure to specific colors can have therapeutic effects by influencing the body's energy centers (chakras) to restore harmony and balance. Different colors are believed to have different effects; for example, burgundy brings calmness and feelings of safety and security, while sapphire blue promotes truthfulness.
We will incorporate color therapy in our teachings through coloring, visualization, and more.
